Obvyklá doba zpracování je 7-14 dnů, jelikož jsou všechny nehty malovány ručně a dělané na zakázku. Jakmile jsou nehty hotové, předáváme je dopravci, který ti objednávku doručí.
Nehty, které jsou dělané na jiné velikosti než standardní vrátit nelze. Pokud máš s objednávkou jakýkoliv problém, neváhej se na mně obrátit a určitě najdeme řešení.
Objednávku lze zrušit jedině, pokud se na nich ještě nezačalo pracovat. O stavu své objednávky tě průběžně informujeme. Pokud byla objednávka již odeslána, zrušit jí nelze.
Velikost zjistíš buď objednáním sizing kitem (doporučeno), změřením svých nehtů (viz zde), nebo zasláním fotky svých nehtů vedle drobáku (10, 20 nebo 50 kč), podle kterého jsem schopná změřit velikost - tato metoda ale není zcela přesná.
Naše press-on nehty jsou malované ručně a z kvalitních materiálů. Jedná se o gelové tipy a gelové laky, které ti zaručí nejlepší kvalitu a tím jsou nehty odolnější, než ty z drogerie, temu nebo SHEINu. Navíc se dají nosit opakovaně a manikúru máš hotovou během pár minut, nemusíš tedy sedět hodiny v salónu a odstranit si je můžeš z pohodlí domova.
